OK i have a manco worrier 720L with the 10HP Subaru motor

i had a guy change the rear swing arm a axle every thing seem to be working fine so i paid him....its been sitting for a week or so and when to ride it and it had no power.....it just chugs up hills
oil if fine....gas is fine....plug is 5 weeks old...so why the power lose this thing was fast before he touched it

pictures may help.

can you push it just as easily as you used to? look to see if the brake is stuck on. also look for a problem with the chain or clutch. check to see if the axle spins freely without chain or brakes installed. remove chain then try to revv the engine. check to see if all the throttle linkages on the engine are intact, then try to revv the engine using the throttle lever on the engine.

OK done done and done...so its got to be something with the motor whould him wireing something wrong mess it up?

befor he touched it it would do 35-45 all day now it feels like it wont do over 20 and it almost did not make it up a hill that i have had never had trouble with me a my brother and i was rideing solo

i don't remember what all the gas cables and or springs looked like before but seems to be in working order

if the engine isn't spinning up maybe the governor or the throttle cable was altered. if the engine is still maxing RPm's (sounds the same) then your gearing must have changed. put the front end up againsta block wall with the rear tires off the ground and use the throttle on the engine directly and see how high it revs using the carb lever, if the engine spins up higher with the carb lever than the gas pedal your throttle cable is out of wack. hope that helps good luck!
