Affirmative, but unlike the video this bolt that secures the bowl is just a bolt. I figured out where the main jet is. I didn't have a screw driver skinny enough to fit into the shaft to remove it. However, I poked a wire through the opening and it wasn't clogged. A Pep Boys mgr tried to help but didn't have a proper tool and only managed to move it one or two turns. They sell similar go karts and he asked if I checked for spark. I did check and didn't see a spark but figured I wasn't pulling the cord hard enough. He suggested maybe a bad coil wire. Later that day I a mech friend stopped by the house unexpectedly and he diagnosed no spark and identified a faulty start switch. He bypassed the switch and she started up. It wouldn't stay running on idle but he was aware that I messes with the jet but he didn't have his tools. That was Saturday. Today I removed the carb. Tomorrow I'll take it to another mech friend's shop to put the jet back to it's proper place. This should do it! Then I'll probably order a factory.replacement switch. The chain will need adjusting too.
