This is a dongfang 200. Got it free from a buddy, just needed a few parts. This particular wire under the gauge cluster is constantly hot yet no clue where it's supposed to go. I don't see any other place it could connect. Any ideas? I can't get power to the starter without jumping the solenoid but that's been replaced with a good functioning one. Any help appreciated
