Howdy. I've been reading on the forum on and off for the last year and not seeing the info I need so I figured I need to dive and and get my rubber warmed up.

I bought my kids a vector 6.0 last year and have had very little help from the web working out little bugs. Currently the main problem I have is the primary clutch that is a belt drive deal on a 3/4 shaft from the motor keeps locking up and won't dissengauge. The other issue is that we off road it and could use more clearance. Bigger tires or a smaller sprocket or both would give more clearance. Both would be harder on the clutch though. So I'm looking for a good tough replacement unit. The width of the shaft is 2.25". I can post pics if that helps.

Thanks, Sean

Welcome to the forum. Definately post some pics of the clutch, close ups of all the working parts. You might just need to clean it. I am assuming it is a torque converter. Have a look at this thread

I did clean it, no help. I think it's a series 30 unit, it's got one plate that is basically flat. The working part that grabs the belt is 4.5" in diameter. I'll have to take some pics and get em up on photobucket I guess.

Thanks for the link, I didn't really read thru it but the chart in the beggining looks promising!
