hello all,i am just trying to find out some info on honda engines and clutches for a two wheel dune-buggy type kart.and my main question is, does anyone know if they make a clutch or torque-converter type drive system for a 20hp 4-stroke honda engine with a beveled output shaft that came off of a big generator or welder.thank you in advance for any info on this matter.

Welcome to the forum. Unfortunately you are probably not going to find a clutch for that type of output shaft. You could machine it down to make it a straight shaft, or you can buy another one

I may have a cheaper/easier method for ya.... Why not buy a hubbed sprocket that fits the motor, that would drive a jackshaft of sorts with just a driven sprocket driving a TC set-up? Wouldn't that work? Maybe cheaper and easier than pulling out crank and having it machined down and put a keyway?

That would work, but where are you going to find a hubbed sprocket that will fit a tapered shaft. You will still have the same problem
