newbie quesion here

Hello all newbie here--
I've never done a go kart before but am looking forward to having some fun with it. I hopefully have a used frame as of tommorow with tires and I have a 11 hp briggs motor off a leaf blower. Could anyone tell me what else I need for the build? I see from the other posts it seems you can use a torque converter or a clutch set up. any advice on which one works better and if one is cheaper than the other? Thanks for any advice in advance.

Clutches are alot cheaper but can be problematic when offroading and riding in hilly areas. Torque converters work like an automatic transmition, so you can easily climb hills yet still go fast, but they are pricey.
