Won't a engine size any bigger have a larger shaft? I would love a torq but the cost on a comet is parking the kart this season. I was hoping to sell my other dual rider kart but people won't give more than 50$... Screw that!!!

so buying a 40 series does me no good with out a bigger motor... im screwed both ways i guess... idk if my engine will be good enough and hate to buy a part that may or may not work and i wont know till i try! do u guys think my motor will fit me well or should i get a bigger one?...what size?

the resell on karts around here blows, EVERYBODY wants dirt cheap and if i buy the 30 and it not work then i will have to buy the 40 and take a loss. loss in the form i wont sell my stuff for give away price. people dont know what a good kart takes where with you guys i do

i guess roll with the 30 and see whats up, worst case i can put the set up on my kids kart and gear it WAY down?

i really thank you guys and Jimmy... with your help it will ease my pocket book and keep the fun natzi (wife) off my butt!! LOL

yeah get the 40 series now you will thank yourself when it is easily hauling you up hills that the 30 series on an 8 would be screaming to get up
