Just bought my grandson a silver fox ..trying to replace front wheels /tires ...I know this is a simple answer ..but .....is it 15mm or 17 mm ?? Please be gentle here ..yes I tinker around the garage and am trying to explain things to my 13 year old grandson (I am raising by myself). I ordered some front wheels from Amazon ..only to realize I need the hub ?? It take 3 bolts .. where as the original was a one piece .. not sure if I should just return these or upgrade ..it is an older kart but is budget friendly for me ..lol ..any help?? Thank you very much Mamaw Dawn

There are gokart parts and there are cheap hand truck wheels that barely suffice for that.

Please dont use hand truck tires. They absolutely will not last and will be a danger to the rider.

Take some more pictures of what you have. We can identify things and direct you to what you need.

Do you just need new tires?
Is there something else broke?

That looks like a great kart and will be a blast for the 2 of you to wrench and ride.

It’s an American kart so it will adhere to those troublesome, old-fashioned Imperial units of measurement, not metric.
Looks like the right front wheel is original and the left is a cheap dolly/hand truck/push cart wheel like Whitetrashrocker said? Check what is written on the side wall of the right-side tire. If original, it should be 145/70-6.

Wheels should be 6” and one piece, no separate hub, and uses two bearings of 5/8” ID x 1 3/8” OD.

I presume it is a Manco/American Sportworks model 606B "Silver Fox”. Parts manual:

Something like this might work, but I’d call BMI and talk to them:
