Newbie from Texas

What's up y'all? I've been a fan of go karts for a while, but been too scared to get into it. My financial situation got better so I figured I'd give it a try....plus my daughter thought it would be cool. She helped me unbolt the motor this morning.
I don't know what kind of kart it is but it has/had a Polaris engine in it.
