Newbie from Memphis TN

I recently got into the urge of building a go kart for my son for the future. I bought a frame off ebay, and now that i have it, im not sure where to start or what i have exactly. Any ideas or help you can give me?

Yeah im not sure, ive looked all over and cant find anything anywhere close to it. And yeah all the angles and boxes, no clue what any of those are for. Ill pbly just end up cutting most of that extra stuff off.

I'm not so sure about that, some aspects say yes buy, others say no; whatever it is, I'd say it was electric (notice there's a battery box & no engine plate); could've possibly been some kind of concession kart...
