newbe from ky needing help

I just got a kart given to us for my son, It is one that you would see at an track in gatlinburg or somewhere. it has a 9 hp honda that i can't see the letters on the pull start. I got it started and running but i was wondering if and how i can adjust teh governor on it thanks
