Hopefully im doing this right. According to the map I have Galveston Bay to myself! My name is Daniel and im currently working on an old murray go kart that my wife and her sisters used to ride. Go kart was flooded during a hurricane and the motor was shot so I got a predator 420 for it. Currently waiting on the driven pulley so I can drill new bolt holes and go to the beaches and maybe the woods of east texas.

Welcome to the forum. What clutch are you using on the 420?

Comet 40 for the clutch set up. Have the driver, waiting on the driven to come in the mail. Hopefully i loaded the pics correctly.

You all need to know I use the generic "30s" on the 420's and it never burns up, maybe because it on winches which only run full throttle for less than 60 sec though, I have alot online that shows a small mod you need to do to the engine cover to make it fit

One half of the driven was rusted so bad to the (jack shaft?)I had to use almost, almost a whole 14 oz of propane to get that sucker off! Now If the new driven clutch would just get here so I can start to actually build it!

I wouldn't try this on a kart though, it wouldn't last too long
