I've used the forum as a resource a few times over the years, but i had to register because i'm stumped with a clutch issue.
I'll probably post a 'build' thread but the short version is that when i was a kid i saw a movie with a 'tomboy girl' that joined a sportsball team full of ragtag losers, in the movie she drove what i thought was a Manco Dingo. Anyhow I cant remember the movie, and i've been pining for that dumb gokart since i was like 10 years old. The page with the gokarts out of the Northern Tool catalog was well worn.
In 2020 i saw one come up free on craigslist and rushed over to grab it. Mostly there but pretty rough. Me and my 11 and 6 year old boys have been working on it off-and-on for two years and its finally running and riding well with hydraulic brakes, PZ 19, sausage exhaust, and a new seat we built.
Anyhoo, looking forward to seeing what everyone else is working on. I've got a hobby farm with about 130 cylinders give or take so i'm always messing with wierd fabricobbled motorized junk. keeping old equipment running, and having as much fun as possible in the process.
