New to the Kart game.

I am brand new to the go cart world and I am in deep. Lol. I recently acquired a Murray explorer with the Tec engine which I swapped for a predator 6.5. Then I got an American challenger fox with a Subaru motor. I think I am going to put the 6.5 on that and go to at least an 8 on the Murray.

Both in decent condition. Murray needs a brake caliper and I want to do the fox steering over.

Give this a quick read... You can easily get 8 to 10 HP out of a 212 predator.

Anyway, enough griping. Got photos of the karts so we can see what's wrong, what's broken or what needs replacing?

Well, one has to be specific. When I read the OP's post, I don't see the tell-tale question mark. It just seems like a rambling post with non-specific needs.

Case in point: "Murray needs a brake caliper and I want to do the fox steering over"

I just bought a brake caliper from MFG. Isn't that neat? What exactly do you mean by doing the steering over?

Just buy a new steering wheel and be done with it.
