new to the go kart world

so i just got a dingo with a 6.5 hp motor on it i have plans of putting a honda 250 atv motor on it .. i was just wondering if any one here has ever done any thing like that?.. and i would like to know if there anyways to upgrade the brakes ?.. ur help would be great thanks guys

4 stroke or 2 stroke engine? Got any pics of anything here?

Disc brakes are the way to go. see if you can salvage em off the atv.

If you have the imagination and the cash, you can do about anything. As far as brakes, check out some the hydraulic kits.

well the motor i am gonna be putting on is a 5 spd (honda 250r atc ) how would i make it shift gear

any kit i could maybe make work how do the shifter karts change gears ?..
