New to Site, Need some Help

Hey guys, my name is David, im 16 and live up in Erie, Pa. I ride ATV's, I currently own a 2002 400ex with 2 grand in mods on it and selling it to get a 2006 and newer polaris outlaw. I want to build a go cart as a summer project. I know about some motor stuff, by dad knows alot, we have a big shop in our basement just no welder. I really want to get into go carting ans building one as a little summer hobby. Any help from you guys will be very helpful. I want to start building my cart soon. Does any one have any used frames or engines or anything useful that you would sell? I would like to make more of a street cart like this,

also i wanna do a live axle, any used ones you guys have or know any sites that sell them cheaper?, does any one have a fast go cart for sale? Also i want it to be decently fast being able to do some doughnuts and stuff. Thanks!

Also how much total would it be if i bought a used cart with everything but a motor? does any one have something complete with out the motor? I am thinking of putting a motorcycle engine in one.

you could pick up a motorless kart from $40, but that would need some work, they are usually around $150

I would deff. pay 150 for a motorless cart if some one had one. I would get it re painted and stuff, does any one have one?
