Nice kart. Someone's custom resto-mod, eh? Is it a live axle or a one-wheel drive? This is a true kart and is the way it should be: utter simplicity (any true complexity, performance parts and add-ons, is all in the motor) and it has no cage.
Someone went wild with the sticker mods.
Those add 20mph to the top speed! 
But free advertising for Go Power Sports? HECK no. Those go on my tool cart that no one really sees if even that. 
I think you should do a side view 'turtle-eye view' of the kart in the local 'abandoned mall parking lot' but that's just me. You'd have to get on the ground.
