This is my Manco I got for Christmas. Runs good I've already burned up 2 sets of tires. What do you guys think? I might need a clutch soon. Sometime it stalls going over bumps, but not if has a full tank of fuel. Maybe the pick up tube?

Well... if it's a dead axle... then its probably exactly like mine was, when I got it, minus the decal on the deck and the scrub brakes... mines/was a 'Red Fox'... its altered some...

It's a good starter kart forsure!... word of caution... watch your right turns(too fast and you could end up w/ some pavement tats.

... and as for u hitting a bump n it dieing on you(seeing that noone else has spoke up ...yet)... it does seem odd that it only dies on lower fuel n not a full tank. I was gonna suggest pulling the kill switch wire n drive it w/out it connected, n see if it still cuts off. Not sure how the wire goes on yours... but mine ran under the seat, n got pinched afew times, n caused the same problem... but it did it erratically... couldnt hurt to try. If it's not that... then im pretty sure someone will chime in w/ other possibilities.

So what are the details about your kart?... history, ratio(gearing)/motor, plans for it(if any)?

Well, while taking a second look at the pics to check out the engine (which I'm confident is a B&S) I noticed the seat belt! This is gonna sound counter productive but, for your own safety, please remove it...

Without a rollcage to protect you, if you do happen to flip that thing (as suggested by half-breeder), you want to be thrown clear, not trapped under it in a seatbelt...

its rare but you may need to pull the carb and check the pickup tube it may be cracked and while your at it it's a good time to change the fuel pump diaphragm yours may be weak its a cheap part (around 5 bucks) and easy to do when the carb is off the tank!
