Body seems straight, the engine mount looks pretty universal, looks like most predator engines can fit, but I don;t know for sure. Any tips? What engine should I get? Im 6 foot 200 pounds so I need some serious cc's to get this thing moving around.

Go to the Jungle store and get the cheapest 30 series kit with a back plate. Throw away the belt that comes with the kit. Order a GENUINE COMET belt the correct length and use that instead. GoKart Supply has a great write up in the 30 series and how to measure for length.
That kart looks like an old concessions kart. It is too heavy to use just a centrifugal clutch. It will burn up.

That is what you want. Like Denny suggest, buy a comet brand replacement belt and you will be good to go.
