So I have a Predator 212 non hemi I believe. I was told by my buddy it just needed a new clutch because 2 teeth broke off. I ordered a new clutch, got everything aligned clutch sprocket, tensioner, and other sprocket. Got it running, I gave it a little gas and the clutch seems to catch until I give it more and the clutch just slips through the chain. Need a second opinion on what to do now.

Are you asking how many teeth are on each? All I know is I got the clutch from GoPower Sports. I was assuming the chain was a #35 but assuming gets me far. If I have to ill go get a new one but im going to make some adjustments to the engine position and go from there.
Pictures will be coming soon, its raining and waiting for more light.

Not so much "how many teeth", more how wide are the teeth, the distance from the point of one tooth to the next (otherwise known as chain pitch)...

Update

I'm stupid and didn't count how many teeth were on the old clutch and ordered the one that engine uses. The old clutch has 10 and I bought a 12 count. Going to order a 10 count and we will see. Also checked the chain to see a number and it read TRF 40. It was a little rusted but was able to see 40 on there.

you bought a #35 chain clutch (12t). you need to buy the 10t 40/41/420 clutch (10t). Also, since the 'slipping' has been happening, id just go ahead and buy new chain too, because you probably jacked that up, and its pretty cheap.

I dont mean to laugh, but you just showed us pictures of everything but the clutch and sprocket and chain? Its kinda funny, but thanks for showing us pictures at least. Nice little one wheel peel go kart u got there. One good thing that i can see is that the pedals could be backwards. If you have a short rider, and they are having trouble reaching the pedals, you can leave them like that, otherwise, they are backwards. just look at the diagram here to see what i am talking about (different kart, same pedals)

its okay, we don't need them now because you already gave us enough info to help you. The standard 3/4" bore 10t #40/41/420 clutch is the solution, you can get em for like $20 gopowersports ebay etc

If you go to tractor supply they have all that, clutch, chain, spacers, master links, and half links and really you can build a gokart from tractor supply if you really wanted to. Lol

Tractor supply just opened a store here.
No Clutches! I was disappointed. The only thing they had was #35 Chain. No sprockets either.
Just BIG 520 stuff.

But I get chinese Clutches from:
Mike at Imi Auctions for like 18 bucks free shipping.

Yeah...clutch...$45...chain $20...(+ master links)...

So yeah...or order online for less than half...save gas and time...The Ford dealership has all the parts, too...I'll stick to Rock Auto!!!

Update, got the right clutch in yesterday. Got it on and it goes fast. It has some kinks but runs. Stalls out on hard turns but other than that's it.

I'm going to take out the governor and oil sensor completely out. Does anyone know what size bolts I need to plug the holes up with?

Whatever size you tap. I used 1/4 -24 on top where governor was at and 7/16- 18 for oil sensor. Whatever I had laying around is what I used.
