New to Go Karts

Hello,
I am looking at building a Go-Kart with the intent of improving my welding and fabrication skills. I also hoping to get my daughter involved in some aspects and ultimately give the kart to her.

I purchased some plans as I am thinking it is a safer bet to follow something proven on the initial build.(Keep it simple to start) I don't have an issue designing stuff but it it too much like my day job. I would love to do an electric kart but it initially seems a lot more involved.

Welcome! Did you buy KartFab's plans? My uncle used them, and he has an awesome kart. As for me, I took lets buy a kart and fix it up path

I bought the plans from SpiderCarts? They seem fairly detailed based on quick look through.
