what do you mean by not wanting to idle. as in it takes of when it starts or it just sounds bad.

i start it and it idles for like 2-3 secs and then it dies.no it does not take off when i start it.if i want it to idle i have to give it gas by moving the throttle a bit.the engine sounds fine when running

already tried that and it didnt do anything since the screw doesnt even come in contact with the idle pulley when its screwed all the way in

um that's impossible? just start the kart with the wheels in the air. turn the screw clock wise until it will idle.
