New project..

Hello guys, I have 15 years old, and I have some money so I want to start a new project like a go kart, and is very very hard for me to find one.. I want just the frame, sprocket, chamber, brakes and a steering wheel. My buget is arround 100-200 dollars. Can I find something good in thath money, can somebody help me? is very hard, If I find something isn't in my region and If this doesn't matter I can't ship it.
