Or use the bearing hangers on there for the pivot point for a new swing arm. Get you some 1"od pipe, I would go with at least .125 wall thickness to be able to handle the stresses. I'll draw you up something simple yet efficient in a bit here.

Tat would be awesome man. I am reading stuff like swing arm and bearing hanger and have no idea what yall mean. I'm just gathering as much knowledge ad posible

Here's just a simple, vague description:
Swing arm: a frame separate from the main frame which houses the engine, trans & rear axle, attached to the main frame by pivots & suspension components...
Bearing hangers: Attachments welded to the frame to hold the rear axle bearings to the frame...

Sorry its crude, havnt really had the time to sit down, so I just threw something up.

Basically you can get a 1"o.d. axle to go through your current hanger bearings, which you can also use as a jackshaft for compound gearing, and to keep the chain in proper alignment/tension.

You slide the "jackshaft" through the swingarm attachment, and hanger bearings. You then attach your rear axle/wheel assembly ti that swing arm attachment, and add shocks for suspension.

I know its crude and hard to understand. Ill have more time tomorrow and friday and will walk you through everything.

It's not rocket science. Just cut a notch in those hangers to get the axle in and add new bearings and retainers to the axle. 2hrs. work tops if you stop to drink a couple of brewskis.

So it won't matter that the quad axle is supposed to be center mounted?

Na, I dont see a real problem. If you wanted to you could make the swingarm to where it can center mount the axle, or you could do like a regular kart and mount the axle right before the wheels. You just have to figure out what size axle it is. You know 1/2" 5/8" 3/4" 1" etc etc etc. Take off and measure it.
