new project.......need help

well i have been lurking for sometime now. I have finally found a reason to ask for help.......mainly to ask

WHAT IS THIS...........(see attached pictures)

i have been modifing powerwheels for sometime for my 2 year old son. But this thing i am going to pick up sunday i have never seen before. It is an all aluminum frame.

My plan is to throw the componets of an electric scooter i have laying around in it.

Can anyone guide me to what it is before sunday gets here.

looks like a type of power wheel to me.... A user named MLToys knows alot about power wheels and stuff, maybe he will comment and give you a better answer
