Just got this kart and four wheeler Tues for $200
Couldn't pass it up, figure I can use the front susp pieces off the four wheeler for the front of an old manco kart my son and I are modifying to be more of a dune buggy. May try to use the engine also, but I dont know anything about these chinese powertrains (good, bad?) I thinks its a 125cc 4 stroke, 3-2-1-N-R semi-auto trans, electric start.
The kart has a running Briggs Vtwin 16hp vanguard :devil2:

I just bought them both,

I plan on taking that twin off the kart it came on, and using it for a two seat buggy I want to build for me.

I'm considering using the engine/tranny out of the four wheeler for a smaller buggy for my son.

Why wouldnt the twin make a good cart engine? I figured it would be great, it's the chinese four wheeler engine I'm not sure about...

Both buggies would be used on the sand.

thoughts?
