Thanks! The lift is a real treat. I use it mostly for car repairs, but it’s handy for go carts, mowers, golf cart etc.
The new mini jeep turned into a scramble.
When I decided to buy one, I found all the online sources were out of stock, same as all the tractor supply stores in this region of USA. They must ship a few containers from China loaded with these things - but when they’re gone, they’re gone.
After owning this one for a week…. It’s great fun but it’s definitely a cart. No differential means it’s hard to turn. It vibrates like mad at various rpms as all the plastic parts hit resonant frequency. I like the electric starter,
Lights, horn etc.
Au contraire mon frère, we have karts with differentials, usually of the off-road variety (Manco Dingo, Ken-Bar Sand Dog, etc). But then are they really karts in the traditional sense? The mind boggles at the prospect......
I wonder if a differential axle could be retrofitted to the rear end of these jeeps? Probably yes but it might be a metric versus SAE problem. I’m really surprised it doesn’t have one already, because they seem to well-fitted out and luxurious.
Sure, it’s a “jeep” as a generic term but it closely copies a Toyota FJ-40 in the front. You should get some Toyota badges
