He might be in the lowest part of Tennessee, in the west "at sea level" by the Mississippi River (Lake County). Bet it looks mighty flat out'a that way.... Interesting foray into geography I say.

TN is divided into 3 regions: West, Middle, East. I egotistically believe I could tell a Tennessean which region they were from within just a few minutes of actual person-to-person conversation. At the end of the day it doesn't really matter of course, the whole State is a marvel and I intend to move back there someday.
