New member Terminator kart wont idle

I have a 150 cc cart that wont idle. I have cleaned the jets in the carb. Put a new spark plug in and still wont idle or run consistently. I thought I might need to blow it out but stalls after trying to drive it. This cart has sat for a longtime but used to run. I have put fresh gas but cant seem to get it to run properly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure your auto-choke is working on the carburetor, it plugs into the voltage regulator in the power box on top of the engine. Check for any vacuum leaks with the hoses. Check for cracks at the intake manifold. Test the fuel valve under the gas tank for proper functionality with a vacuum pump. Here is a cheap carburetor if everything else checks out.
