New member, new mini bike

Hey everyone. I recently bought a monster moto mm-b80r for my daughter, who has no interest in it. So I decided I would beef it up a little with the predator 212cc engine. My question is that if I pick up this kit and the engine from HF, is that everything I need? This is my first attempt at a swap and I don't want to start until I know I have everything necessary. Thank you

Also I hear that this swap is possible with just the motor, clutch, and chain extension. Any advice on that would be great! Thanks

I thought it came with the engine at first and still thought it was a little pricey.

Just buy the engine and shove it in there.
People persuade the rear fender to make room for the valve cover.
They also grind away most of the front oil drain plug.
And remove one of the air box studs and use a shorter bolt from further back in the air box (After cutting some of the plastic away).
Neither video shows exactly how to connect the other side of the air box. Guess you have to figure that part out.

Isn't there another option besides grinding off the drain plug? Makes it kinda hard to change the oil eh?

Solo mini biking can be kind of dull so maybe there should be TWO mini bikes, one for you and one for her.

I am currently doing this same swap. Watched all the videos I could find. Also got a stage 1 kit for it. I thought the air filter would help eliminate the problem with the breather not fitting but turns out the adaptor thats needed to hold filter on hits the frame and doesn't allow the engine to sit square on the mounting plate. So I raised the whole thing up 1" to give it room (it also helped with the header pipe resting on the back fender).anyone else experienced this with the mmb80 and the preditor212 with stage 1 kit?

Update-ended up going with a pmr angled mounting plate...made for a better fit rather than just raising it strait up...hope it doesn't become a problem with oil blowing out crankcase breather or something...wonder if I should add extra oil so it touches the rear dipstick?

There are usually 2 plugs, one either side. You shouldn't have a problem
