First and foremost, thanks for allowing me to join this amazing group. I have been using bits and pieces of information from this site for a while now and hope to be able to help y'all as much as you have unknowingly helped me!
I am from Benton, Louisiana where I am married and have 5 sons ranging from 4 to 16 years old with various levels of destruction and curiosity among them all.
I recently purchased 2 ACE Power sports Trax Go Karts from a family that purchased them new back in 2012 and have been well cared for over the years.
After a short trip to Arkansas for pick up, this set of "Twins" have taken over my life and my wallet. It seems like every time the boys ride, something breaks and I have to scour the web to find any information or part identification numbers for these carts. Which is what has brought me here, with you fine folks, to hopefully gather some useful resources to help me keep these things rolling.
I have managed to obtain the Owners Manual, Engine Break-in Instruction, Part and fastener detailed schematic, and the Tecumseh OHH owners manual and Technician Repair Handbook, all of which are digital PDF format and I would be happy to publish to this group if needed.
Thanks again, Ronnie

Howdy & :welcome2:

What kinda stuff have you'all been breakin'?
...got any pics?
Well, let's see....had to replace the clutch and chain on both right off the bat. Then had to get both a new set of rear tires. Kart A had to get a new carb after it blew out the plug for the non adjustable idle screw. About a week ago, the same one managed to collapse/mangle the brake band and drum which also led me to go ahead and install 16 new wheel bearings on both. While performing that simple task, I discovered the front wheel on kart B had managed to rip apart at the lug nuts (shown in photo)! Now facing issue with keeping the damn new brake band from sliding off the drum on A and tie rod adjustments on B after noticing my replacement front wheel and tire assembly has practically lost all tread after only 2 rides around the yard. I'll update on future issues as the weeks follow lol! Fun times!
