Hello, today I've just purchased a kart frame from a private seller in my own town. I'm from a town called Bakersfield, and apparently there was a karting community here I did not know about. Anyways, in September I will be relocating in Riverside for college, but I would like to have the kart running by then. The kart frame I picked up today is a Top Kart, not sure what year or sub-model, but it looks wonderful. I picked it up for a total of 150 dollars. If anyone could ID this kart it would be great or even show me the way of karting (assembling, buying the right parts etc.) I have plans to make this kart into a shifter kart (most likely cr125 or something that has 125cc at least) Thanks again! I hope to meet you all and learn alot of new knowledge!

You fell for the race kart siren song. The poor thing's been stripped. Prepare to empty your wallet!

If the kart has a serial number and it is legible, you might contact the manufacturer assuming they still exist and get an idea of the age of the kart.
