Key stock is the small "rectangular prism" like metal piece that slide into a keyway on both the hub and axle, engine shaft(or anything else), that makes them connect in a way that can be reversed. It allows for a connection between the two objects, making the hub lock onto the axel or anything thing you put it on. To explain a keyway, well, i'll post a pic of both.

Well we all have questions. Stupid or not, you can ask them. We will answer anything you need to know. That why we are here.

When it comes to this sort of thing there are no stupid questions. There's always someone who has an answer to any question & if you don't ask you don't learn.

Exactly. Nobody is perfect. Nobody knows everything. When your in school, your told to ask the teach if you have a question. Well, here at the forum, every single member can be someones teacher because we all have had our own experiences with karts, bikes, or anything really. Its not how smart your are, its not how stupid you are, its how hard you work.

A lot of the people on this site (including me) have come on with very little experience, and just from the users here, can now pass on their newly learned information onto the next person
