Our next one will have an extended section for a bigger engine and our torque converter kit.

We might sell the frame complete but most likely it will come as a kit you will have to weld together yourself. It will be easier to ship and cost less. but at least everything will be pre cut and bent.

I'd buy that.

$395 isn't too bad of a price for just the steel and a few other things all things considered. All parts are pre cut and just need a welder and a few hand tools. Least it does take some of the guess work from cutting and measuring. But it is the other option to the Azusa kit they've been selling for as long as I remember.

I went to Go Power Sports last night and ordered a new axle, hubs and wheels for my current build. This is a great place to find all you need in one place.

Great thread and a great site!

Love my AmEx. Hydraulic brakes are the way to go. If you cut and move the motor plate back a Predator will fit.

I found this one on Craigslist last weekend for $200 with a brand new engine, new throttle and two new tubes in the rear tires. One of the springs was collapsed and the seat is a 2x8 that is not attached. The seller said he could not keep the chain on for more than a few seconds. The sprockets were misaligned by 3/4" and I fixed this in under 5 minutes. I got a new pair of springs for the front and have ridden it several times. The chain is 100% fixed. It has a torque converter so even with the large tires and 220 lbs of me on it, it has good acceleration.

I really like this kart, but I am 6 05 and it is much to small but still a pile of fun.
