new job going good!

hey everybody, been busy at new job, things are going good, got promoted from frame welding to subframe fitting/welding, they took the old subframe guy and put him welding the frames! i guess he's been screwing up, and seems like he's continuing to do so, he left early today even though he's fallen way behind where i was constantly ahead. new co-workers are good guys, helpful, and friendly, they all say how the floor lead can be a bummer, but he's been nice to me, had a review and they're blown away by how good i'm doing i guess... no raise... but plenty of kind words ... been accepting the voluntary overtime so pretty busy lately, but catching up on bills... got myself a much needed new welding hood, it's the best darn hood ever...
