I wonder what happens to all the engines on these bikes, and why they never got put back on or replaced?

I also just can't imagine having a scrub brake, but the bike looks good enough to work up.

Edited to add: I also wonder how much write off the milk companies take on crates every year?

Scrub brakes on mini bikes are quite sufficient.
