OMG! OMG! New videos! I am burning out, and blowing wheelies in my Beefy honda go kart!

The video is loud and full of horrible language as we find out our go kart does wheelies, HUGE!

THEN! The video ends with horrible trauma! But it is great! I am uploading the entire unedited video to you tube. Do not watch if you don't want to hear the fbomb a lot!

ENJOY! Will be here soon!

Man, that does seem a bit crazy. Perhaps its time to switch to stronger hubs/sprockets. #50 roller chain here you come!

I've got #420 chain on there right now. I think the chain and sprockets are good. If I get the hub back together, I wonder what would be the next to blow apart?!

Thanks anderkart, yea, the wheelies are hella fun way worth the blown hub! And yes we were very hyper!

Tryler, what is the crack sound? I do love it, I love the initial wheelie noise. Quick crack wheel sping, then vrooooOOOM! Wheelie! Very cool. I figured the clutch was making the noise, am I wrong?

Also, the key was pretty messed up. I was wondering if maybe the key went and pryed the hub off. I don't know. I think I could just get the same one and never do this again, I at least know it's capable, I don't need to do it again.

I was thinking maybe a steel custom hub too though. We will see. Glad you all enjoyed!

Ohhhh! HAhaha, ooops!

The Hub had two bolts, one on each side, clamping it onto the axle. They were both tightened and lock-tightened with the red compound. The bolts were ripped right out of the holes of the hub, pretty impressive!

I should take some shots and post them here. The axle is a little dinged up, the keyway anyways. All I have to do is flip the axle around as it is keyed all the way across.

I don't know why the key would have com out like that.

I figured out what I am going to do!

I am going to get a new hub, and a new 72 tooth sprocket so I can do wheelies without rollin' back ever! I should be able to get it up into a wheelie while moving a little bit too!

Will let you know what happens and when I get new parts. I am sure I will have videos of me blowing apart more parts!

Please give your input, I need it. I want to know if you guys think I will blow another hub apart!

How much timing etc can you put in those? You'd probably notice a little difference if you opened up the air box and threw a little timing in it.

Help me out Tyler! How the hell did I blast mine part then?! Your dragsters aren't rolling back, so, all that weight, my kart, plus my fat 230 pound *** rolling back is a lot of torque in the opposite direction.

Or, maybe the key just wasn't right? I could take pictures of the axle, and you can certainly see in the axle key-way that the key did in fact roll out as it has a lip now. But, I don't know if it happened because the hub broke, or caused it to break.

Lemegacool, I need to reinforce this mother before I slap more power to it. I am scared. I don't want to keep blowing things apart, no more roll backs! I would love to still do wheelies though!

I am going to need to upgrade clutch and pully too with more power. That 40 series will explode with too much more. I am having second thoughts. Ugh, Keep the ideas coming, I am not giving up! I will keep playing!

You mean bigger air filter and advance timing? I don't know. What would that do for me? A little more power. I feel like it is starving for air witht he big exhaust on it, but I don't want to have to mess with the **** jets!

Christ, I am going to have to with a turbo anyways. Maybe I will do it all at once, but not until I fit another hub and key and make sure there is no wiggle! I don't think there was before, but could have been......

Yea that's true if you'll need to re jet it. It's not too bad it just takes time. That's nothing compared to what you'll have to do if you slap a turbo on it. If you figure how much that giant black plastic box of an air filter cover is restricting things you should feel a difference if you open it up. I've never really payed much attention to messing around with twins. I dont even know what the stock air filter is like on them, but Im sure its restrictive. If I remember right you cant throw in a lot of timing at all though.

I am getting views on youtube? Sweet! I got a few subscribers too! :-D

As for the chain, I have 420 on there, which I think is plenty rugged. I am not too worried about the chain. It's everything else I am worried will blow up! I want to move to 1/4 inch axle now too!

I think you mean 1 1/4". 420 will do it, but maybe you should go to a solid steel sprocket, if you're going to pound on it.

Hahah, yea I did mean 1 1/4". The sprocket is good though! I need a stronger hub! Or maybe I should get a sprocket as you said and braze a hub onto it.....

I dunno yet! I have a steel unihub I am going to try first before I buy more parts!
