Thanks for all the suggestions guys! Hey! I had sunglasses on!

AND..

I pushed a 2006 Chevy Truck today with my go kart...up a slight hill. Didn't smoke my belt! This thing makes mad torque!

there mostly plastic anyway... try pulling my truck and see how far you go ahaha...

Yea! I moved it across a small area of a friends yard. A slight incline too! If you take a look at my front bumper, that big handle thing coming of the front - it fit right around his trailer hitch, so I got behind it, he put it in Neutral....and I pushed it! No joke! I'll take some video next time a get a chance!

ah, i was going to say it never sounds like it locks up...

well done on the kart
thinking of suspension now?

lol does it surprise you that it will push it? we have had to pull start my dads 86 f250 due to a dead battery, 22 hp at 3500 rpm is plenty enough to get the job done in top gear (the hard part is getting traction)

Haha, yea, i was suprised the wheels didnt just break loose. I didn't want to do it too much because I was afraid of smoking my belt.

What do you mean it never sounds like it locked up? The belt system? I hope it does. Everything is aligned and at the CD belt length! It should bea ll good!

So, I don't know what to do next. I can't leave this thing alone. I have an oil cooler on the way. I am also thinking about dumping the 40 series clutch and driven and moving up to the 780. I think the 780 will have a much smoother and quicker engagement and seriously make this thing do wheelies. I KNOW I HAVE THE POWER!

I just need to get it to the wheels.

by locking up i was meaning not a cent one speed

unlike the variable ctv

can you adjust the driven pully to be stiffer?(takes more for it to change)
i can't remember but i think the drive pulley is tune-able (jrdrag tyler would be able to tell you all about that)

Oh yea! Yea, I knew about the spring tension adjustment. I like how it shifts now, it's almost like a little vtec, or really little turbo kicking in. Once it finally shifts, it puts you in the seat all over again!

Honda vtec! I said a little one! Okay, it's like a HUGE vtec and an itty bitty super tiny little turbo. It's really cool though. You get going, and out on the straights you think it's going as fast as it goes, then whack, you get this instant jump in speed.

So! I am still looking for internals for this engine! Can anyone help me? I have been looking to see if the arc billet products for the honda gx390 would work on this gx 610. I am having trouble though.

I want this thing to be able to handle the power.

I went to an LKQ junk yard here in Gorham the other day and I bought a KP31 (13? trim) turbo the other day. It came off of a 600cc smart car. Should be perfect. I need carbie, or fuel injection, I am trying to figure out how to modify an existing fuel injection kit from something else.

I need more knowledge I have some reading material coming for such said subjects. This go kart will rip....more!

I will be sure to do so!

Right now I am just struggling to find parts to build up the internals, I know the honda is rugged, but I still want to be plenty safe. Valvetrain, conrods, piston, and billet flywheel. I think they are all necessary before I go and boost this little red pumpkin!

I can't find what I am looking for!
