Just found this site and seems pretty informative. I have started building my 5 yr old son a go kart from an old Murray frame that a friend gave me and an old kit 3 wheeler from Popular Mechanics. My intention is to build this as safe as possible as well as adjustable. One that will grow with him through the next couple of years.
