that chopper is sweet looking. is that rear tire from a golf kart or something? it actually looks kinda rounded unlike alot of the mini chopper tires.
Yes that is a warn out golf cart tire.
rounded the edges off so bike would lean over easier .
These sizes are what we started with but we made small changes as we went. Because some things did not clear or fit. Tank would hit top of frame so we changed angle so it would clear.This should only be used as a starting point or reference . You will have to make yours to the sizes you need for your parts'diameter of wheels and width size of motor ect.ect.
But this is the over all basic dimensions of my chopper.
