Well, I am in Newberg, OR. yes. I am already attempting a purchase of a part and am in Trouble. Someone agreed to sell me and i have sent over funds... now has ghosted me... not al lot of money but not cool.

How did you find this guy? Ebay? Marketplace? Wanted ad?
Ebay will get a refund on your behalf, the others don't offer any recourse.

part was found via this forum... paid by paypal... but will fill a claim today to get my payment rescinded. There still is a chance they quy will follow through. Fingers crossed...Not giving up. It was over the concept of he did not want payment via business side and wanted family/friends. PP would not make it work that way, and is sent anyhow thru the business and he said no he wont accept it. But it went through. Claimed he could not cancel/refuse it. Just turned in to a super hassle.
