Hello everyone! I'm new to the group and would really appreciate any advice / tips / hints that you may have to offer. I've always enjoyed karting and I finally had an opportunity to pick up a fixer upper. Through searching the forums, I figured out I've got a Carter 2575SX, I think. It's been fun tinkering with it in my spare moments, but I've run into an issue. I'm having a problem removing the clover hub so that I can replace the brake disc. I'm probably overthinking it, but I'm stumped as to how to remove it. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

Check that there are no set screws anywhere that need to be removed. I would then go the route of PB blaster or some sort of penetrating oil. Let sit for a while, and then try get the part off. Gentle persuasion :D

The brake drum was like that when I bought it and I've been able to find a replacement online. Just gotta get that darn hub off. I'll double check to make sure I'm not overlooking any other bolts or screws. After that I'll try some some gentle persuasion.
