ok when i was younger i had bought this minibike it had a 2hp b&s engine but it was weak now i pulled it out of the storage and was wondering what i can do to get some power out of it?is there anyway i can add like a jocky shifter to will take pics tommorow

you could get more power out of it with a larger rear sprocket, but you will loose top end speed, and vice versa; smaller rear sprocket less power but more speed

If the engine can have a torque converter, get one, with that small an engine, it will probably double the HP, and increase the speed, too.
If a torque converter wont work, build/buy a jackshaft. You can also do mods to the engine like, mill the head down, advance the flywheel, as ell as use a lawnmower flywheel, and there are still many things you can do to the engine.
As stated before, you can also change the gearing.

yeah just dont know what to do never really messied with one of these before just found out its a 4 cycle engine engine is hella old it says power kraft on it are these upgrade exspensive like the the torque converter

Yeah, a torque converter can be fairly pricy. If you get a new one off of a go kart website it'll cost around $160, minimum.
If you search around Ebay or some place like that, you could probably find one for only around $100.
The other choice is much cheaper, but isn't an automatic transmission; A jackshaft could increase power, and you can find some for only $30.

thats what i was thinking my grandpa has an older one in the back witha 5hp but when i got this it had enough speed for me back then like 10 years ago but now the **** barely even moves

is the pickup tube the tube that runs back to the carb? I'm not sure but if its the one im thinking about i used a pipe clamp on it (the ones you use on garden hoses. What does that pipe do? sry im lost.

ooooooooooooo that one. I know what you mean now the little straw thingy. I thought you were talking about something else... Use epoxy to put it back in???

Does epoxy play nice with gasoline? I've never tried it myself, but if it does then you might have just said the solution to one of my problems on one of my engines.
