New to the forums and go karts. I've been reading up on a lot after i picked up this red manco kart with a motor for $100.

I wanted to fix it up but the motor that came with it was old and not in well working order so i so i bought a 212 predator motor and it hauled but it was only one wheel drive. :auto:

Ive been a steel fabricator for 12 years so i said screw it and ill build what i want instead o fixing this small one. Im working on a larger 2 seater so me and the kid can ride together.

So im starting from scratch and building the frame and using what parts i can. i bought a live axle and all the things i needed and brakes and so on.

i also just picked up a mini quad and another go kart cause it was a steel for $50 dollar for both.

Welcome!

Want some cash for your projects? See those wheels on the black framed one? If you're willing, I'd buy them.

Why do you want them?
whats your offer?

Because they're Turbine wheels, made by Rupp... well, three of them anyway. Not crazy rare, but in good shape do fetch a little cash in certain circles.

I don't need them, but always ask when I see some pop up.

That's all.

Hit ebay, look up Rupp Turbine wheels.

Hilarious E-brake on the red kart. I suppose it causes the kart to yaw a bit when applied? Oh yeah, it looks like a Manco model 405. http://www.gopowersports.com/go-kart-breakdowns/manco-models-103-5xxx/

I'd take those certain kind of wheels from the black kart and set them aside somewhere safe.

They are only worth what someone is willing to Pay! and very very few even know what they are or want them. You have a buyer ^ Sell them while you can.

They are not worth that much... Just when you get them on Fifty dollar Kart it is a Sweet Flip!
