So we bought 2 gokarts recently. The first was a cheap 80cc one on sale at a local walmart. Works great, it's small but so are my girls. But in the interest of them all having something to ride in, we bought a used red fox II that has a 4.5HP Robin motor. The thing ran great, motor wise. But I quickly realized the clutch appears to be junk. It grabs constantly upon start, makes the kart jerk violently and die. so I'm working to get the stupid clutch off and see what it is to replace it. But the things are fun, learning a lot as I go! I've never been a mechanical kind of guy.
