Picked up a manco coyote lxt. First cart ever owned but its missing a part of the tc. Drive clutch i think. Has 16" rear tires can i switch over to a centrifugal clutch?

I wouldn't recommend switching to a centrifugal clutch, but pics would really help show us what not there anymore, or whats missing from the t/c setup.

If the engines crank is 1" I have a TC that should work...comet. Also have a belt too...

Tecumseh oh550 motor. And when i measured the shaft it was 3/4

Oh. That's too bad. I would check eBay for a replacement TC for 3/4 bore charts

I believe it has a jackshaft also. What if i run a centi clutch to that then the axle?

Not necessarily.....He only has a 5hp engine....he has a jackshaft....we need kart and rider weight and tooth counts on all sprockets before making a blanket statement like that....

However....16" tires means he's gonna have to move pretty slow with a CC...

It looks ok... apart from having the roll bars at the back hacked off...

What's the writing on the floor pan? That's usually a good indicator as to it's identity

BMI currently have 30 series drivers on sale for $49.95 (reg price $62), worth looking into...

It says coyote lxt. Manco 445-241 but i cant find squat online. The roll bars weren't hacked off. Those nubs have holes to accept a cage and their all over the cart

Go to Gokartsrus.com ....they should have a breakdown and manual for it.

As previously said....you're better off with a torque converter....
