Hello my name is Cristian I'm a fisherman at heart with a love for Hondas (vehicles) im a proud father.
Im trying to get into go karts. ive never owned one growing up=(.
I had a neighbor move out and he had this little electric razor go kart that he let me have for my daughter. He was going to throw it away but since I was outside he asked me. at first I was hesitant but as a kid it was always a dream to just drive one let a lone owe one. I didn't want my daughter to end up like me and being taken away from the joy of them. I did for my first 24 years of my life. I'm now 26 so just over 2 years since i first drove one. just imagine not ever driving or owning a go kart
Sorry for the story but to the point 120 dollars later I got it running. After buyin new batteries,new charger and re doing the whole wiring harnes. It's was going for a little while but then i had a problem,from the kart being in a wreck before it was given to us. I purchased another as my daughter was two in love with her first go kart. I got a New (used) one it was great. another razor kart..... should've learn my lesson the first time. It ran for about 10 min and it kept dying off even after a new charge. I took apart the kart all the wires were melted to each other thanks Craigslist seller!!! Now I have one Kart in running condition. my daughter enjoyed us riding around the neighborhood together,It no longer works. I'm trying to make this little electric go kart to a gas powered one, but being that I have never been around these. I'm at a bind with a impatient daughter and a wife behind my back lol.
I hope to gain some knowledge and hopefully get that go kart to work. I've been looking on Craigslist looking for other karts. Ive been online reading articles but I'm still confused.
I have a 212cc predator that I purchased I read the hemI one was better so I picked one up after buying a regular one.
if anyone can help provide any info or has a old kart, parts or anything you guys think i may need, or something you just want to get rid of. please let me know. It'll be greatly appreciated by us. Thanks in advance everyone.
