Any suggestions on adding a reverse gear box. It looks like I can remove the plate for the torque converter and attach the pulley directly to the reverse box.

Do you have any pics of the reverse gear box ?

Sometimes you can find a mounting diagram if you have a part number or the manufacturer has an online presence.
