New go kart turns over but doesn’t start

Have a new trail master blazer 200ex efi that came without an instruction manual and wasn’t fully assembled. We figured out most of it including the wiring. Electrical works.

any idea if there is something I’m missing when connecting the fuel lines ? Appreciate any help

Thanks will do. Do you know if there is a gas valve on this Kart? I can’t seem to find it but would imagine it has to have one.

Not familiar with fuel injected engines on these karts, the vendor should be able to answer that. Follow the fuel line from the engine to the fuel tank.

We found that the wire connected to the gas tank was split. Repairing and will let you know.

Repaired wire and it worked for a while. Now won’t start. This time redid the wire and crimped it using a butt splice. This doesn’t work. Will send pictures shortly.

Bought this from BMI Go Karts. Just disputed the CC charge. Can’t believe this was sent with out some hardware and more importantly an instruction manual and assembly guide. Just awful

They said brands new but now I’m wondering if this was bad from the start and they sold it to me anyway. Paid enough for it.

Added new spark plug, it worked but now for long. Now won’t start. Told dealer to come pick it up - not paying for a lemon. Another dealer told me he never sells these without looking them over bc most of the time they don’t work out of the box and usually have missing parts.

I have told them to come pick it up and have asked Amex to reverse the charge. They said Mgmt would call me but nothing yet. I expect they will likely hide behind some legalese on this. I have to figure out what my rights are here. Does anyone know BMI Go Karts?
