Good Evening,
My name is Sparky, new to the forum. Have been into motorsports for the majority of my 25 years. Recently have purchased a go kart for myself and my kids to toy around with. Stumbled upon DIY Go Karts while searching for parts and figured it would be a great way to share ideas and see what else is out there.
As for our new ride, a basic go kart with a 6.5hp Harbor Freight clone which I bought very cheap. Needs a throttle cable, could pass with 1 tire, a few tack welds here and there, paint and would be nice to get the random tire size and different rim/spindle combination sorted.
I shall post a picture shortly
